Novato, CA – August 28, 2020, Express Mobile, Inc. (XMO), a pioneering leaderin Web 2.0 and mobile technology, is pleased to ammounce that Jeff Samuelson has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer and Cheryl Kudelka the Chief Financial Officer of the organization.
Mr. Samuelson has a deep bench of experience in business management and development, marketing and sales strategies and tactics, personnel leadership, financial management and strategic level thinking. He was formerly a Managing Director with Price Waterhouse Coopers, President of The Samuelson Group. and a senior Sales, Marketing Executive with IBM.
Ms. Kudelka is a veteran CFO with over 30 years of working with startups and other entities in the financial services and technology industries. She was most recently the CFO/VP of Finance and U.S. Controller at The Brenner Group, as well as CFO of MicroUnity Systems Engineering, an early developer of broadband microprocessor technologies licensed widely across digital media industries.
